Pink Fraud in TV Documentary.

Anglia TV have asked Pink Fraud to participate in a TV documentary that is asking the question, "Why Floyd – Why Cambridge?"

The band is being filmed rehearsing some of their show on 19th August at the Cambridge Boat race and then the band is racing to play their gig at Chinery's, Southend-on-sea that evening.

On the 27Th August the band can then be seen playing live in The Army & Navy Chelmsford as well as being seen on Anglia Television.

The band is delighted with the increased coverage and the increased number of venues and hopes to continue to deliver a performance that exceeds the approval of Pink Floyd and Pink Floyd fans.

Huge International Tour

Pink Fraud are ‘touring’ Holland culminating in a gig at the "Last Water Hole" in Amsterdam. The venue is a popular scouting location for agents for Europe and the Band is looking for promoters for more continental venues and events.

A band member commented that "the Band will indulge in the typical social events of the Coffee shops of Amsterdam – only in keeping with local habits and traditions". – Hopefully the "munchies" will not affect the smooth running of the program.!!

If you happen to be in Amsterdam over the weekend of the 7th August the band would appreciate your support.

UK Events:

The band has a heavy schedule for the month of August. For those who cannot make Holland, an outstanding new venue in Sutton, Surrey is on the cards. Watch this space!!

August 12th NEW Venue ***rescheduled to September**

Legends High St Sutton Surrey

PINK FRAUD is supported by Dirty DC - The Tribute band for AC/DC. Dirty DC asked to support PF because of the continuing excellent coverage that PF was attracting. The venue can support a large capacity crowd and promises to be hugely popular. – The band is being supported by significant music promoters and is hoping that existing Echo fans will support this event. This is likely to be a regular fixture and hugely entertaining. As and when we get the new date for September we will let you know.

August 14th Royal Standard Walthamstow London E17

A traditional venue in the music industry, this has recently been completely renovated and has a strong and committed attitude towards promoting tribute bands. Great venue, hope to see you there.

OLD MEMBER/NEW MEMBER

Due to family commitments Terri Smith has had to retire from Pink Fraud. We all appreciate the sterling work she did in traveling with us on this journey and wish her well in the future. She will continue to work with Rus Yates-Aylott (keyboards in Pink Fraud) and Linda Cook (Lead Backing Singer) in Seranna (Rus’s own band).

Stepping in at the last minute we welcome Anna Briggs who has surprised us all with how quickly she has fitted in.
